Brandon Orick stands out amongst all of the leasing contacts. He is professional, responsive, proactive and helpful. The apartment is spacious and close to campus. It is also reasonably priced.

Pet Policy

No more than two animals are allowed per apartment. Breed Restrictions apply, and aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. A $200 refundable deposit, $20/monthly pet rent per animal and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.

Service, Assistance, and Companion Animals:

Fair Housing laws permit service/ assistance/ companion animals for any individual with a disability.

Service/ assistance/ companion animals are not considered pets.
The deposit and additional pet rent is waived for all service/ assistance/ companion animals.
